Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is a molecular biology technique used to amplify specific DNA fragments and it is an essential experimental technique in conventional molecular biology laboratories. Temperature cycling is the basis of all PCR machines. Accurate reaction temperature and the related holding time are the key factors for the success of the PCR reaction. Gradient temperature control can help the user find the best temperature of the PCR reaction during PCR optimizations.

BG-TC100 with 6 channels independent temperature control is an innovative gradient PCR machine can precisely control the annealing temperature, which help the user get the idea result quickly and greatly increase the optimization efficiency. With the independent 6 Peltiers, 6 sample plate bases, and 6 temperature detectors it provides accurate gradient temperature to speed up the PCR optimization process and save time and cost.  The other benefit of 6 channels independent temperature control is that it can run more PCR experiments with up to six different annealing temperatures in the same run. Mo moreover, it can be easy operated by large-screen touch and friendly software.

1.       6 independent temperature control modules: 6 independent Peltier, 6 independent sample plate base, 6 independent temperature detectors, can run up to 6 temperature gradients at one run; or can incubate samples at 6 temperatures at the same time;

4.       Data storage: the host can store 2000 programs; TF card can be inserted for unlimited storage; important data can be saved to the TF card and upload to the computer.
