The BG-subMIDI (v) is a highly flexible and integrated horizontal electrophoresis system for both electrophoresis and gel observations. It can be used not only as an integrated one for real-time observation the gel during electrophoresis but also as the individual electrophoresis system and the blue light transilluminator, which offers much more convenient way to run and detect DNA/RNA gels.

The BG-subMIDI (v) is a highly flexible and integrated horizontal electrophoresis system for both electrophoresis and gel observations. It can be used not only as an integrated one for real-time observation the gel during electrophoresis but also as the individual electrophoresis system and the blue light transilluminator, which offers much more convenient way to run and detect DNA/RNA gels. Moreover, the professional blue light source instead of ultraviolet light one can efficiently excite most of the safe fluorescent dyes on the market, ensuring the safety of the operator, nucleic acid samples and the experimental environment. It is recommended to use with BG-gdsAUTO550 system for subsequent gel imaging analysis.

1.       Safety: use blue light source and safe dyes to avoid the damage caused by EB and UV gel imaging system to the operator, nucleic acid samples and the experimental environment. It can detect a variety of sensitive and safe fluorescent dyes: The maximum absorption peak of many fluorescent dyes is blue-green visible light with a wavelength of 400-500nm, such as GeneFinder, SYBR Green, Gelstar and other green dyes;

2.       Real-time observation: You can easily monitor the electrophoresis process by observing sample bands during electrophoresis. No need to repeatedly taking out the gel;

3.       One machine and three uses: The system is cleverly designed for flexible use. You can use the entire set or two separate parts of an electrophoresis tank and a blue light transilluminator;

4.       Less heat and long life: the environmentally friendly cold light source with semiconductor light-emitting technology ensures low power consumption, less heat generation and long life.
